microsoft business application recruitment

We’ll find your fit.

Specialist recruitment for the Microsoft BizApps community, connecting businesses with the people they’re unlikely to find through ads, databases or generalist recruiters.

Brands I have worked with

The brief isn't the problem, the people who fit it are already busy.

You know exactly who you need. It's a small pool in a quiet market, and it's hard to work unless you're in it every day.

48hrs

TO SHORTLIST ON A PERM ROLE.

24hrs

TO SHORTLIST ON CONTRACT.

150+

placements in the BizApps space

70%

placements from network

The focus

Microsoft Business Applications, end to end.

The whole stack

D365 CE, F&O, Business Central, Power Platform and Copilot. Nothing outside it.

Junior to director

Functional and technical consultants, developers, architects, pre-sales, project managers, practice leads.

However you need to hire

Perm, contract, interim, retained, or a full project team. Australia and New Zealand.

Engagements

Three ways to work with us.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell us about the role and we'll tell you honestly.

Permanent

Long-term hires for partner practices and internal teams. The consultants who fit these roles are rarely on the market, so most of ours come from a conversation rather than an ad. Standard terms, agreed up front, no surprises.

Contract & Interim

Rollouts, go-lives and support gaps. Day-rate specialists who can pick up a half-built solution without a three-week runway. Single contractors or a full project team, most recently five on one programme.

Retained search

For roles you can't afford to get wrong. Practice leads, architects, first hires into a new capability. Paid in three stages: initiation, shortlist, placement.

We work a network built over seven years in one niche, so the search starts with people we already know.

THE FIRST CALL
Tell us the pressure

A proper conversation about the role, the team and the delivery pressure sitting behind it. Sometimes what you've described is two people, or three. We'll say so.

next step
Start with people we know

We start with the people we already know, then work outward through referrals. No ads. The person you want is employed, doing well, and never going to answer one.

24 TO 48 HOURS
Three to five names

Three to five people, each with a written reason they're on the list. Contract inside 24 hours, perm inside 48. Everyone on it has spoken to us first.

ONGOING
Still here after day one

We manage interviews, prep, feedback both ways and the offer. Then we stay in it through onboarding, week one, month one and after that.

Tell us what you're trying to build.

No pitch deck, no five-stage sales process. A conversation about the role, or about what you'd move for. If we're not the right fit, we'll say that too.

Frequently asked question

Questions, answered with clarity.

  • What is Dynosaw?

A specialist recruitment business for the Microsoft Business Applications market in Australia and New Zealand. I'm Scott, and I've spent the last seven years recruiting D365 and BizApps people. Long enough that most of the people you're looking for are already in my phone rather than in a database.

  • Do you recruit for CE, F&O and Business Central?

Yes, I recruit all across the Microsoft Business Apps ecosystem, that includes Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations and Business Central, also Power Platform and Copilot.

  • Do you cover New Zealand as well as Australia?

Both. Partners, ISVs and end users, from two-person consultancies up to the Big Four. Most recently I helped a Microsoft Inner Circle partner make their first F&O hires in New Zealand.

  • Why is it called Dynosaw?

Dyno for Dynamics. Saw for jigsaw, because the job is finding the piece that fits. It's also easier to remember than the four hundred agencies called something-Talent.

  • Will I be dealing with you, or an account manager?

Me, start to finish. I take the brief, make the calls and write the shortlist myself, and I'm still around the week after someone starts. Nothing gets handed to a resourcer you've never spoken to.

  • Where can I see your live jobs?

There's no jobs board, because I don't advertise. Roles get filled through conversations with people I already know, or people they point me towards. If you want to know what's live, ring me on 0412 516 476.
